May 2024 – Driven by the challenges of disabled travelers, I researched, interviewed, and mapped user journeys to design an inclusive, accessible experience through wireframing and UX methodologies.

Jan 2025 – Investigated why users find Zara’s website magazine-like and hard to navigate through surveys, interviews, and analysis before exploring solutions.

I follow a research-driven and user-centred approach to craft intuitive and impactful designs. The process begins with a deep understanding of the problem through market research, competitive analysis, and user studies. By leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights, I ideate and create wireframes and prototypes to develop user-focused solutions. I refine and optimise designs through iterative testing and continuous feedback to ensure they align seamlessly with user needs, behaviours, and business goals.
